We reserve any and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including but not limited to any and all rights in the system.

Any violation of this Agreement will result in the termination of your account. By using the SupLogin Software and Services, you agree to use them at your own risk.

Create Account

To register for a SupLogin account, you must be 18 years of age or older, or you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use SupLogin products without the permission of a parent or guardian (which means you agree that you will abide by the User Agreement). You are responsible for your account and all activity on it. To use the Application, you will need to register for an account and set a password. When you do so, the information you provide to us must be accurate and complete. Please do not use invalid or other people's emails as this will reduce the security of your account. You may not use the SupLogin Software and Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You may not use the Software in a manner that would violate any laws of your jurisdiction ( including but not limited to copyright laws) and any other applicable legal requirements.

Prohibitions

When accessing or using our services, you agree that you will not violate any law or any contract, intellectual property rights or other third party rights or commit an infringement, and that you are solely responsible for your actions when using our services.

• 1. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, damaging national honour and interests;
• 2. Promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
• 3. Spreading rumours, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
• 4. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, harassment, vulgarity or abetting crimes;
• 5. Insult or slander others and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
• 6. Infringing on the legal rights of others such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;
• 7. Use this software to fabricate facts and conceal the truth in order to mislead or deceive others;
• 8. Unauthorised removal or alteration of all rights-managing electronic information on the Software;
• 9. Intentionally avoiding or destroying the technical measures taken by the copyright owner to protect the copyright of this software;
• 10. Deleting, modifying, adding or interfering with the functions of the computer information system in violation of state regulations, causing the computer information system to fail to operate normally;
• 11. Unauthorised access to computer information networks or use of computer information network resources;
• 12. Unauthorised deletion, modification or addition of computer information network functions;
• 13. Unauthorised deletion, modification or addition of data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in a computer information network;
• 14. Disrupting the normal operation of this software system or website and intentionally spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs;
• 15. To carry out in any way the upselling activities of sub-users under SupLogin products or administrative users authorised by you;
• 16. Use any type of software or device (whether manual or automated), robotic programs, spider programs, crawlers or other automated tools or interfaces to access our Services or extract data;
• 17. Disassembling or reverse engineering any aspect of the Services in an attempt to access the source code, underlying ideas or algorithms;
• 18. Any other harm to the security of computer information networks;
• 19. Any other behaviour that violates public order and morals or is prohibited by law or regulation;
• 20. Actions that SupLogin believes may infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of SupLogin or others;
• 21. Any other behaviour that violates this Agreement and related agreements and rules.

You understand and agree that if you commit any of the prohibited acts in this Agreement, or use the SupLogin Software and Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or any other violation of this Agreement, SupLogin reserves the right to impose penalties in accordance with its reasonable judgement for violation of the relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement, and to take appropriate legal action against any user who has violated the law. And according to the laws and regulations to save the relevant information to the relevant departments to report, etc., you should be solely responsible for all the legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

You understand and agree that you shall be independently liable for any claim, demand or loss asserted by a third party as a result of your violation of the provisions of this Agreement or the related terms of service; If SupLogin suffers any loss as a result of such violation, you shall also be indemnified. If SupLogin has first assumed the relevant responsibility due to the effective judgement, decision, etc., SupLogin reserves the right to pursue the full amount of compensation from you.

Subscriptions

After installing the application and creating an account, you can choose the appropriate subscription plan. The cost and features of each subscription plan are described on the "Price" page of our website, but if you need to customise an exclusive plan, please feel free to contact us for customised subscription plan requirements and further possibilities.

Refund Policy

1. Users select the appropriate services in SupLogin according to their needs. Once the user's choice is made, it is binding on the user.

3. SupLogin's paid services, account services, service prices and service period are freely chosen by users;

Termination of Agreement

SupLogin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or the services at any time and for any reason, which may result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or the restriction of your access to your account and the deletion or removal of all content from your account, without any compensation or liability on the part of SupLogin. You may contact us at any time through our official customer service. Please be aware that termination of your account may result in immediate disabling of access to certain parts of our website or services. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement with you in the following circumstances:

• 3. We believe that any of your actions are legally detrimental to our business interests.

Deleting Account

Users may contact us to delete an account on the website or application. Please notice that when the account is deleted, all data created in your account and team member accounts will also be deleted, and you will have to sign up for use again if you want to re-subscribe.

We will not become involved in disputes between Users or between Users and any third party in connection with the use of the services.
