Proxy failure when opening the browser?

1. The SupLogin software does not rely on the network and does not restrict connections to any websites. The network speed is determined by the proxy IP's speed. If no proxy IP is configured, it will use the local network.

2. Please check if the proxy IP account balance is sufficient.

3. Verify that the proxy IP settings are correct. Different proxy service providers have different configuration methods, so ensure that the proxy type and account credentials are correctly set.

4. If the proxy is slow or the IP is invalid, try changing the IP or reconnecting multiple times. If necessary, contact the proxy service provider's customer support.

5. Confirm whether the proxy IP has a limit on the number of devices that can connect.

6. Check if the proxy IP has a whitelist restriction, and whether you need to add your local IP to the proxy service provider's whitelist.

7. Check the network:

(1) Domestic network: Switch to an overseas network, as some proxy IPs only support overseas networks.

(2) Overseas network: If you still cannot connect, contact the proxy service provider to confirm whether the country supports direct connection or if it is compatible with your VPN software.

(3) If only some websites are inaccessible, contact the proxy service provider to confirm whether the IP has blocked access to certain websites.
