Browser webpage not opening or is stuck?

First, confirm whether the issue occurs during the use of the SupLogin software or if it's related to the browser's webpage loading.

1. Lag during SupLogin software use:

(1) Check if the local network is stable and functioning properly;
(2) Try restarting the computer to restore normal operation;
(3) If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact customer support for assistance.

2. Lag during webpage loading:

Usually, slow webpage loading is caused by network issues, which can be categorized into two situations: unconfigured proxy IP and configured proxy IP.

(1) Unconfigured proxy IP: In this case, the webpage loading speed depends on the local network bandwidth. If the local network is within China, it may not be able to load or access overseas websites.

(2) Configured proxy IP: Here, the browser's loading speed is influenced by the proxy IP's network speed. It is recommended to check the stability of the proxy IP connection and contact the proxy service provider to inquire about any network restrictions. Some proxy IPs may only support overseas networks or restrict access to specific websites.

The SupLogin browser itself does not rely on network speed and does not block access to any websites. It supports major browser platforms globally. The network speed of the browser depends on the proxy IP's connection speed. If there are issues related to the proxy IP, users can consult the proxy service provider for further assistance.
