Batch import browser failure

In the batch import browser interface, obtain the import browser template and fill it out according to the example. For detailed instructions, refer to the batch import browser guide.

In the SupLogin, common reasons for batch import browser failures include:

1. Format issues: The uploaded Excel file format is incorrect, possibly not saved as a .xlsx file or containing incompatible data formats.

2. Abnormal data: The table contains unrecognized data, such as special characters, empty cells, or incorrectly formatted cells, causing the software to fail to read the data correctly.

3. Field mismatch: The imported data fields are not filled out according to the template requirements, with field names or content not matching the system's expectations.

4. Excessive import volume: Attempting to import too many windows at once, exceeding the system's batch import limit, causing failure.

5. Template errors: The imported template is incorrect or corrupted, preventing successful import.

6. Missing essential information: The imported data lacks necessary fields or information, such as missing browser ID or window name.

To avoid import failures, ensure the file format is correct, data matches the template requirements, and consider importing data in smaller batches to identify any issues.
