When selecting to "Permanently Delete Selected", you will be required to enter your login password for verification.

If you wish to disable password verification, go to "Profile" and turn it off:

Click your username in the top-right corner -> Profile -> Security Settings -> Disable the "Password verification for 'Permanently Delete'."

Similarly, if you want to enable this password verification, simply turn it on in the Security Settings section of the "Profile".
